1. Purpose

This Code of Conduct outlines the expected standards of behavior for all users who engage with the Chefbora Solutions platform. It ensures a safe, respectful, and trustworthy environment for all parties. Failure to adhere to this code may result in penalties, including but not limited to warnings, temporary or permanent bans, and legal action.

2. Respectful Communication

All users must communicate respectfully with one another. Any form of abuse, hate speech, abusive language, discrimination of any kind, sexual or non-sexual harassment, or harm based on gender, race, ethnicity, religion, age, tribe, or disability is strictly prohibited.

3. Honesty and Integrity

Clients and service providers must act truthfully in all their interactions on the platform. This includes accurate representation of services, capabilities, and payment agreements.

4. Service Providers’ Obligations

- Be punctual and professional.

- Deliver services as agreed upon in the booking.

- Maintain hygiene, safety, and courteous behavior while on-site.

- Do not subcontract services without prior client consent.

Accepting Orders: Consider your availability carefully before accepting orders to ensure smooth operations for everyone involved. To avoid suspension from the app, reject the order and let someone else take it if you are unsure about your availability.

5. Clients’ Obligations

- Provide accurate service requests and expectations.

- Treat service providers with respect and fairness.

- Honor payment agreements.

- Provide a safe environment for the service provider to work.

6. Confidentiality

All users must respect the privacy and confidentiality of the parties involved. Personal data and sensitive information should not be shared or misused.

7. Reporting Misconduct

Users are encouraged to report any violations of this Code of Conduct via our platform or support email. Reports will be reviewed and appropriate action taken.

8. Disciplinary Action 

Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans from the platform. Serious offenses may be reported to legal authorities.

9.Legality
